I am a PhD student at The Pennsylvania State University. My advisors are Dr. Kamesh Madduri and Prof. Mahmut Kandemir. My current research is in the area of High Performance Computing focusing on parallel algorithm development and performance optimization for genomic workflows.
Prior to joining PhD, I did my Masters at the Indian Institute of Science under the guidance of Dr. Sathish Vadhiyar. I developed a runtime system G-Charm to improve efficiency of Charm++ applications executing on GPUs.
